Official-source routing, not fake permit matching.
Permit records are fragmented by city, department, vendor portal, address standard, and record type. We route users to the most relevant official source and label confidence instead of pretending every address can be resolved locally.
Confidence labels
High means the official source is a visible permit search portal. Medium means the source is official, but users may need a secondary step such as an Accela module, parcel search, or city department page.
